No Carb Blackened Chicken!

Dear Diary,

Tonight I am going to try, "No Carb Blackened Chicken!"



Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dill
( or whatever your favorite spices are)
Pam

Marinade:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 squeezed lemon

Marinade the chicken for at least 30 m.

When marinade is down then take out the chicken and lay it on a plate. Then Put 1/2 tsp of all the spices on one side and pat it down with your hand to make it pressed into the chicken, then spray it with Pam. Then turn the chicken over and do the exact same thing. Then place it on a baking sheet for 30 minutes at 375 and serve it with your favorite side or a salad!!!
